Secure sufficient funding for our hotel stay!
Our lodging has been reserved, but we now need to secure $6000 to cover the full cost of three hotel rooms for the week.

OCTOBER
TICKETS
Tickets are on-sale at early bird pricing until October 3, 2025. Our first goal is to raise enough money to secure those tickets while the discount applies.

March
TRANSPORTATION
Planes, trains, and automobiles! Thanks to our generous supporters and the work of our girls during cookie season we have secured travel for the conference! We will be flying UP and then taking the train back, so that our troop can experience traveling the US by rail!

MAY
LODGING
We have reserved three hotel rooms for our stay. They’re in an economical but nicely positioned hotel with ready access to a DC metro station, we will be using to get around.
We’ve booked the rooms, and now we need to fund them!

JUNE
ACTIVITES
Final landmark on our roadmap is finalizing our activity list. We are focusing on the convention for the first three days, but then we want to experience some of the history and civic landmarks of our nation’s capital.
